Here is a list of descriptive qualities of the Privy Council and its goals.

To give active Warders and honored Ji'alantin/ar seeking ways to improve the Warder Yard a forum and roles to achieve this goal as well as to aid the Warder Council in making informed decisions.

Qualities of the Privy Council:

- A private forum for Warders, Warder Officers, and the Ji'alantin and Ji'alantar who have earned the honor of early admittance (as Sa'ji). Used for discussion of Warder Yard, Hall of Sitters, and personal issues. Members bring issues to discuss and participate in those brought by others. All thoughts and opinions are taken seriously regardless of rank.

- Is both an in-character and out-of character forum for discussion. Posts tend to begin with "OOC" or "IC" headers or blend between the two addressing in-character and out-of-character issues appropriately.

- To enable its members to be more informed about current Tower issues, develop opinions, and (if desired) able to reach unified stances. This applies in or out of character depending on the issue.

- Associated with giving the titles "Gaidin" and "Gaidar" more meaning by enabling more influence as well as volunteer positions of responsibility and giving Warders more purpose and distinction. Ji'alantin and Ji'alantar who are admitted early are particularly honored with regard to their peers by being raised to the rank of Sa'ji'alantar and Sa'ji'alantin.

- Those who have access to the Privy Council will also have viewing access to the Warder Council - the Officer's discussion board - and be enabled to discuss Warder Council issues as they progress. This is in order to enable the Privy Council to act as an advisory board.

- Allows those interested in Warder Officer positions to present themselves as candidates and flesh out their potential, as well as enable members to express who they want in the Administration.

- Enables generation of new ideas such as dynamic medium and major role-plays giving Warders great emphasis in the Tower.

- Providing a motivating force for participation in, and constructive improvement of, the Warder Yard.
