Raise to Ji'alantin
These uniforms vary in shade with the rank fo the carrier. As Trainees rise in rank, their uniform changes from light grey (as Drin'far'ji), medium grey (as Ji'alantin), to charcoal (as Sa'ji'alantin). The shade of grey stands not only for the Grey Tower, but also the grey between novice white and soldier black, without formal Ajah color association. The purpose is to symbolize how Warders belong to no particular Ajah before they are bonded, and serve both Aes Sedai and Asha'man equally. |

The Sa'ji'alantin Shield and Dagger
The Shield and Honour Dagger are reserved for the Sa'ji'alantin. One is not required to reach this rank in order to gain the fan-cloak, but those who distinguish themselves to sit in the Privy Council are given these displays of honour. The Shield is worn around the neck in a chain with the formal uniform and the motive upon it is a soaring eagle. The scabbard of the Honour Dagger is engraved with the carrier's name, and this weapon can be carried with both uniforms. |

The Council of Youth Ring
Rings are given in a special ceremony when the year's new Council Members are admitted. The ring is a simple band of white gold and jet of the two halves of saidin and saidar locked together. One half of the ring is white and the other is black if you look at it from the side, a sinuous line separates them if you look from above. Trainees, as well as Accepted and Dedicated wear the rings, but take them off or wear them on a cord around the neck during physical exercises. During formal ceremonies, or in attendance of the CY and HoS, CYM wear gold cords like stoles (similar to what valedictorians wear) in anticipation of the shawl, cord, or fancloak. |
