Public Face
Those with this ability are able to be accessible and approachable to others as well as present a good impression of the Tower. Those with this Benefit have a manner and attitude that makes it easy for ‘outsiders’ to approach them, to ask questions, to agree with, and to learn more. It is the opposite of intimidation. This is often paired with a Benefit of Leadership in battle or other strategic Benefits concerned working with and organizing armies and their leaders.
Tier 2:
Melting In/Camouflage
Those with this ability are able to blend in with any setting or situation. They can make themselves unnoticeable to those around them, a part of the background.
Battle Lore
Those with this ability are knowledgeable in both history and legends of battle. They are keen with this knowledge past what anyone learns from basic schooling.
Small Unit Tactics (with Warders)
Those with this ability are good both at planning and carrying out strategies involving the small unit comprised of themselves and their Warders. They are able to utilize the skills of all to the best advantage of any situation they need to tackle, most often in conflict, but on any field.
Siege Warfare
Those with this ability are finely skilled in the knowledge of strategies, both offensively and defensively, concerning siege warfare. They also have the ability to over-see and carry out their strategies and have knowledge of the best uses and mechanics of those things, armies and items that are used in such a manner.
Leadership in Battle
Those with this ability hold an authority and strength to carry it forward in times of peril and stress. With this, they are able to take command of a particular group or force in battle and to lead them. This Benefit is often paired with Public Face.
Battle weave Mastery
Those with this ability have mastered the weaves of Battle associated with the Green Ajah beyond the average channeler and can use them to the best advantage. This ability also carries with it an understanding of their power and knowledge of how it is best and when it is best to utilize them.
Tier 3:
Saving "Lost" Warders
Those with this ability are able to save warders who’ve lost their bondmates to death or severing from the Source. Such Warders often have trouble finding purpose in life again, some seek death, and those with this ability are able to help them find new causes and purposes, often in a new bond mate. They are able to save them.
Military/Hostage Negotiation
Those with this ability are skilled in the ways of tempered force and diplomacy, able to manipulate words in tense situations to find ways to achieve particular goals through skill, and strong patience.
Shadow Specialist (Set)
- Blight Lore
- Similar to the Warder Advantage, but learned through the Green Ajah, through a combination of research and experience, the character knows and understands the dangers of the Blight. This is essentially a prerequisite for any sort of travel in that nightmarish land.
- Shadowspawn Lore
- Similar to the Warder Advantage, but learned through the Green Ajah, those with this Benefit have studied the ways of Shadowspawn, from Trollocs and Myrdraal to Drakhar and Grey Men. He or she knows not only their habits, but also understands their strengths and weaknesses. This skill is good for those who want to be able to identify Trolloc battle groups, as well as know how to defeat Darkhounds.
- Knowledge of the Forsaken
- Those with this Benefit have a working knowledge of the characteristics, history, and some current activities of the Forsakan. They can recognize a Forsakan if he or she has not been reborn.
- Tracking Darkfriends
- Those with this Benefit are skilled at discerning signs of darkfriends, both Black Ajah and non-channelers, and tracking them down. This is best paired with the Talent for Reading Residues and/or a Warder with the Tracking Advantage.
Those with this Benefit set are almost the most skilled of the Ajah. They have learned, through study and through experience, as much as they can know about the Blight, Shadowspawn and the Forsaken and how to survive them. They continue to seek knowledge. Through this knowledge, they have some talent in tracking Darkfriends and have an awareness of some activities of Forsakan and dreadlords and the ability to recognize them if they have not been reborn.
Strategic Specialist (Set)
- Battle Tactics
- Similar to the Warder Advantage, but learned through the Green Ajah, this Benefit portrays a firm grasp of tactics used in battle. The person is skilled at logistics, handling an army, and in choosing strategies to be used on the battlefield. NOTE: This advantage only covers straightforward battle. Siege warfare, Covert Operations, and other specialized fields are not included in this advantage.
- Covert Tactics
- Similar to the Warder Advantage, but learned through the Green Ajah, this is the skill of planning and carrying out the medieval equivalent of Black Operations. He is the man who directs the spies behind the shadows, who plans out assassinations, subversion missions, and other secret operations, and often carries them out himself.
- Siege Warfare
- Similar to the Warder Advantage, but learned through the Green Ajah, those with this Benefit know how to invade a city, as well as how to keep an invader out of one. This Benefit is best for those who have experience in an organized military, or who wish to lead large armies, particularly using tactics involving the One Power.
- Small Unit Tactics
- Similar to the Warder Advantage, but learned through the Green Ajah and concerned with the Aes Sedai’s role in the unit, those with this Benefit know how to work together, to cover each other, and to move and fight as a single unit. This is highly recommended for Aes Sedai or Asha’man with multiple Warders, particularly those with the Shield Advantage.
- Battle Lore
- Those with this Benefit have a thorough knowledge of battle legend and history, and are able to utilize it to inform their decisions and recommendations.
Those with this Benefit set are highly trained and skilled in the many faces of combat and conflict, through study and experience. They are able to strategize for most any conflict situation and find the best tactics for the best advantage in them.
Weave Specialist (Precision Wielding/Single Combat *or* Area of Effect/Battle and War Scale Wielding) (Green only)
Those with this Benefit are highly trained in the ways of Channeling in conflict and combat situations. Those who’re trained as Precision Wielders are most apt in single combat, small-scale fight situations, or assassination (in special circumstances when the target threatens the life of a member of the Tower). They are able to channel to highly precise needs, molding weaves to fit the fight as it is called for, requiring very little One Power Strength. This is best paired with Battleweave Mastery.
Those with this Benefit in Area of Effect or larger scale battle weaving are those able to harness and channel immense amounts of power and utilize it for the aid of an army, over an entire battle field. It is imprecise, but powerful, and requires a great deal of One Power Strength or the use of a sa’angreal. This is best paired with Battleweave Mastery.
Note that a Green Ajah member can have *some* skill in both, but can only be *specialized* in one of these: precision or area of effect.
