This message board is for Roleplaying which takes place in the wide world
of Randland, outside of the Tower and its grounds. Remember:
Aes Sedai, Asha'man and Gaidin may go where they choose
Accepted and Dedicated and Gaidin-in-Training may not travel further than a few miles from the Grey Tower, except with permission, or when they are on an errand.
Novices and Soldiers may not leave the Tower grounds without permission, and when they do have permission, they should be accompanied by a higher rank.
Aden frowned slightly, looking back to a wounded Jerid before nodding at Lysira's comment. “Unfortunately, it has been the case with him for so long now, and it only appears to have—progressed in the last few years.” His gaze returned to the Gaidar captain and he added, “Light, but that one used to be more disciplined.”
He shook his head slightly and soon dropped any pity he had for the Indigo. His focus was on the Gaidar Captain now, for all the shock and pain she had gone through in the loss of a bond. Aden could not conceive how such a thing felt, nor did he want to. But like any Healer worth his salt, the Yellow knew the symptoms that occurred.
This woman would need every little excuse to keep going; even as young as their bond might be, Lysira would feel the negative effects of its violent absence.
“I will send for them both, Gaidar Captain,” he murmured. “I assure you they will be here shortly.”
Without another word the Yellow left the room, immediately flagging down an Accepted as the girl passed in the corridor. “Bring Selenirra Sedai and her grandson here, Accepted. Inform them that it is of utmost importance.” The girl nodded, curtseyed quickly and skittered from the room.
Aden turned briefly, looking through the door before walking away. He did not need to hear Galen to sense his approach. The large Gheldian Warder was smirking grimly, amused by what surely must be to Zae's embarrassment. The grin abruptly faded when he saw his Asha'man.
“Stay close to that room, Galen,” Aden said simply. Galen nodded curtly. “I know she was trained by one of the Yard's best, but there are things even training cannot prepare one for.”
The Gaidin inclined his head slightly and murmured, “She will endure. But Light alone knows what else she will be able to do, especially if that man wakes.”
Galen didn't say another word, but stalked off in the direction of the room that held a distraught Gaidar Captain and a idiotic and comatose Asha'man. He was on time to see an Aes Sedai with their son enter the room, and he solemnly took up a position outside.
OOC: Well, one can't fault Lys for thinking that.
