This message board is for Roleplaying which takes place in the wide world of Randland, outside of the Tower and its grounds. Remember:

  • Aes Sedai, Asha'man and Gaidin may go where they choose
  • Accepted and Dedicated and Gaidin-in-Training may not travel further than a few miles from the Grey Tower, except with permission, or when they are on an errand.
  • Novices and Soldiers may not leave the Tower grounds without permission, and when they do have permission, they should be accompanied by a higher rank.

Sade did not break stride or even swear as the small Gaidar escaped his blow. There would be time to slice her up piece by piece soon enough. The channeler briefly wondered how long one could stay conscious as he tore her apart.

But he would focus on that later. Having long trained with a jian, Sade knew the techniques almost as well as he did his books. The sword style lent itself to mobility and flexibility, something that reflected the former Brown's mind. And he knew this little mouse's attempt would eventually wear him down if he did not anticipate all her strikes.

Steel rang on steel as the Dreadlord attempted to parry, never falling short beyond a heartbeat. And then he pivoted just as he barely avoided another stab—or nearly so. The little Gaidar's blade grazed the flesh of his side, sending pain rippling through his nerves....

...and saidin flooding him like a violent wave of fire and ice.

“The little mouse can bite,” he hissed as he danced back. When the woman advanced, Sade raised his blade as if to parry...and motion from his other, wove the fine filaments of Air. The weave pulled the little wretch's weapon from her grasp, sending it clattering to the ground.

The other weaves of Air wrapped around the woman like a cocoon, rendering her immobile. Sade's lips twisted up in a feral grin.

“Now's it time to scratch this mouse,” he said he took a step forward. “A pity you won't hear your little boy wail on the way down the battlements.” His pale eyes glinted. “Or your former Asha'man's screams when the Seekers turn him.”

He shrugged and raised his sword before slashing down.

OOC: Nah, Jhered can kill him. He's a bit of idiot anyway.
