Classes are raising requirements at the Grey Tower - Novices, Soldiers and Drin'far'ji must take part in them, Accepted, Dedicated and Ji'alantin should teach them. So this class listing is a pretty important page for everyone. If you want to take part in a class, all you have to do is somehow contact the teacher, either by emailing him/her or by posting a message in the classroom, and if there's room you'll be added to the class. Be sure to read the very brief guide to Class Etiquette before you join up. On that page are also suggestions for possible future classes, in case you're stuck for something to do.
To teach a class, you must file out this Form . You must include the following: Class title, and a basic outline of what the class will entail (Note: There must be a minimum of five lessons.); your email address; how many pupils will be allowed to join; who will be allowed to join; the URL for the class message board (if the class is being taught over email, give the relevant address). You are not allowed to start your class until they have given you the all clear.
When your class has finished, please send an email to admin , so it can be taken off the class listings. Also, if you have recently changed rank, do not forget to update your text, and send the replacement to the Mistress of Novices.
NOTE: Classes don't have to be related to the One Power, although they must somehow be related to the Wheel of Time. (Exceptions are classes on HTML, Javascript etc.) |
