If you are an official permitted to post on the Hall of Sitters MB and wish to propose a topic for discussion, you must first fill out the following form. This allows us to put discussions in a queue, thereby preventing congestion on the MB: we're all aware of the frustrations of having discussions half finished and then left hanging when another one is simultaneously proposed.

Your proposal will be received by the Amyrlin and the M'Hael, who will decide whether it should hold priority over topics that are already in the queue, and place it accordingly. Once a topic being discussed on the MB is concluded, the Amyrlin or M'hael will begin the next proposal. Topics will be addressed in numerical order from lowest to highest, but the arrangement may be changed if some particular issue becomes more pressing.

Proposals currently in the queue are:

  1. Propsal to restructure the Warder Yards Admin. This proposal is being made in an attempt to bridge any seperation gaps between the warders and channelers OOCly, as well as to help even out the duties that warder officers are expected to perform. Submitted by Crysthia
  2. Propsal to take a full in-depth look at the Black Ajah. It's organization, who runs it, it's official status in comparison to the actual Ajahs, and its future here at the Grey Tower. For the longest time the Black Ajah has been an unofficial part of the Tower, gaining more official standing only through the actions of Ken originally and then Zarishka and others that followed. It needs to have guidelines in place to deal with how its run, the activities it performs and other things. Submitted by Durent
  3. Proposal to remove the Council of Youth. Our current member base cannot provide members to join it as often as spaces become open. Discussion in it has been limited and there has been little in or out of character involvement and interest in the idea. It takes resources to run that could be better put to use somewhere else and I do not think it motivates the "youth" of the Tower very well. As well, I feel it's elitist and not in the best interest of our members, who ALL have access to the Hall of Sitters if they but use the proper channels.  I feel it devalues the voice of the Tower's learning ranks rather than amplifies it. I propose that a more open Hall would serve our needs better than two, divided councils. Submitted by Zaephra
  4. The rules about secondary characters (creation/time between applications/rank of pcs) are unclear and should be revisited, renegotiated, and clarified for general use.  As well, I would like to include the proposal to do away with the terms sc/tc/qc/xc. In the light of the new RR system in the Novice/Soldier halls, all our characters now qualify as pc's - which should mean "player character." I would like to see a clearer rule about returning characters/new character applications shortly afterward. I would also like a clear rule about who can make PSCs and at what rank they may be. Submitted by Zaephra
